Welcome to the new Camp Stoney web site. The site is still Under Construction and some features may not be available yet.

Mission Statement:

As a Ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of the Rio Grande, our mission is to encourage people of all ages to grow stronger in their relationship with Jesus Christ, providing an atmosphere which promotes learning, leadership development and Christian discipleship for the building of God's kingdom.

About Camp Stoney:

Bishop Stoney Camp and Conference Center is an ACA accredited Camp. It is one of two conference centers owned by the Episcopal Diocese of the Rio Grande. The second conference center is The Bosque Center, located in Albuquerque, NM. More information about The Bosque Center can be found on the Diocesan website: Dioceserg.org. Camp Stoney is located in Santa Fe, NM, on 216 acres of pinon forest in the Sangre De Cristo mountains. Although we have all the modern amenities, Camp Stoney still maintains a rustic, back to nature atmosphere that appeals to those looking for a reprieve from the hub-bub of city life. Yet, we are only 15 minutes from Santa Fe Plaza shopping, and the myriad of museums found in the Santa Fe area. Our Diocesan sponsored Summer Camp Program begins in mid-May with staff training and runs through mid-August. We strive to provide a Christian based camp program designed to enhance the development of each young person under the guidance of trained and caring staff.
